    Awesome place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an infinity pool. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. I recommend trying the spa for relaxation! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    This resort is ideally located by the sea with fine views. The outdoor saltwater pools are fantastic for relaxation. Breakfast is a treat with plenty of made-to-order options, while the evening buffet offers a good range of meals. The staff is mostly friendly!

    We liked all the features of the facility: restaurants, lounges, view from the room, sea-side location, sauna, exercise room and swmimming pools. The staff was excellent and attended to everything. Free parking for our rented car. The breakfast really good. We would have no hesitation in reccomending the hotel to family and friends.

    Internet in the room is a subject of extra payment, a litte bit expensive. Location of the hotel near noisy street.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay @ cs Madeira as we found all the staff very attentative, everywhere spotless and the food excellent. We would have no hesitation in reccomending the hotel to family and friends and will definitely be back in the very near future.

    Initially found difficulty in finding the outdoor pool area but having located it, we were delighted with the various pools.

    I stayed in a Superior Double Room with Sea View and loved waking up to that gorgeous ocean view every morning. The indoor pool and spa services were a great way to relax after exploring the island. Just a heads up, finding the pool towels could get a bit tricky, but it didn't spoil my time 😊

    Everything was like described. Hotel is new and beautiful, staff were nice. The room was fantastic and it had sea view even though we didn't expect it. The pool was clean, well kept and almost always empty. Breakfast was really good. All in all fantastic value for money, highly recommended.

    The views from my room were fine, overlooking the ocean. The Superior Double Room offered spacious accommodations with a lovely balcony. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh options and delicious pastries. Staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and prompt. The hotel grounds were well-kept, with tropical gardens adding a nice touch. The dinner options felt lackluster. Buffets were lukewarm at times and lacked flavor. I noticed a limited vegetarian variety, disappointing. Room lighting could have been better. It felt quite dim at night. While I appreciated the outdoor pools, they could feel chilly for swimming, especially in the evening. A lovely spot for relaxation, but some areas could use enhancement.
